The tips are perfectly finished to produce a perfect sound on the cymbals. Models with nylon tips are similar in size and shape to their wooden counterparts, providing better performance and a brighter sound on the cymbals than the original wooden tip models.
5A sticks are the most used by drummers across virtually all styles. They have a standard length of 16” (40 cm) and a diameter of 0.565. Whatever your style, a 5A can be your go-to stick.
The Wood
American Hickory sticks, like the rest of the sticks from this brand, are made with top-quality material and the latest technological advancements in stick manufacturing. It is undoubtedly the most commonly used wood in stick production and the preferred choice for the vast majority of drummers due to its durability, weight, and flexibility. Hickory is denser than maple (about 10%) and slightly less so than Japanese oak (also around 10%). The density and natural feel of this wood make it the favorite among an immense majority of drummers.
