The American Classic series features a traditional design and the most contemporary sound achieved with the latest technical advancements. Sticks made from selected, less flexible Hickory, this wood is known for its durability.
The tips are perfectly finished to produce a perfect sound on the cymbals. Models with nylon tips are similar in size and shape to their wooden counterparts, providing better performance and a brighter sound on the cymbals than the original wooden tip models.

5A sticks are the most used by drummers across virtually all styles. They have a standard length of 16” (40 cm) and a diameter of 0.565. Whatever your style, a 5A can be your go-to stick.

The Wood

Hickory is denser than maple (about 10%) and slightly less so than Japanese oak (also around 10%).
