The Vibra-Slap II LP was the first of numerous patents granted to Latin Percussion. It has appeared in more recordings, sound and commercial bands than any sound effect that has been made. Like many other LP products, the Vibra-Slap was conceived as a substitute the original horse jaw.

* The versions of wood produce warm and precise tones while the version of wood produces
