The symphonic bells sold individually, outside of the carillon, are not covered by the legal warranty according to the Law 23/2003, of July 10, as the use that the bands make of them is different from the purpose for which they were built (in a symphonic environment, within a complete carillon): the fact that they are used separately, in the street for hours, constantly supporting or dropping the bells on the ground, hitting them with mallets that are increasingly hard and large, with excessive force to try to achieve a volume that the instrument cannot produce nor is it built to produce, prevents the manufacturer or the store from responding with the warranty that would apply if they were purchased within the complete carillon, which is the intended use.
