Description

In collaboration with the legendary artist Steve Gadd, Yamaha has raised the level of the iconic series Recording Custom with elements of new design, achieving an even more defined sound and an even more round and deep ring. Idonate for all styles of playing the drum and in all settings.

The shells

The shells built from birch of 6 layers is one of the favorite configurations in Tam Percussion for their combination of attack and warmth in the serious frequencies. And the 30o axles give you a quick answer, are easy to tune and highlight the characteristics of heads.

The shells of the Remembering have remained faithful throughout their history. The trends come and go but the Recording Custom with your shells of birch and its immaculate interior and exterior finish has since the beginning of the factory a sound that seems "pre-qualified", perfect for study or direct with microphones.

The best thing is that without microphones the sound is espectacular.Cascos of birch it's first class.

High quality hardware

Gadd and Yamaha made sure to use only the best of Yamaha hardware in this series. Each piece was chosen to give it to the drum stability, ease of use and a perfect tone. The new lugs High Tension are built with greater weight to help cushion unwanted noise. The YESS system connects to Shell with minimal contact, this allows the toms to vibrate freely and this system never interferes by placing the toms on the bass drum or if you want to change head without removing him from his position.
