To achieve the binaural effect, it’s important to strike the rim of both bowls softly but firmly in succession, allowing the sound to resonate almost completely before repeating the process. The bowls should be positioned on either side of the listener’s head, at least a hand’s width apart, and struck with the felt mallet included in the set.
