Evans 10" Genera HD Dry B10HDD
The Evans HD (Heavy Duty) drumheads offer a perfect balance between durability and response with advanced control of overtones thanks to their micro venting holes. They are made with a 5 mil outer film layer and a 7.5 mil inner film layer, along with a 2 mil control ring on the bottom and ventilation holes around the perimeter to eliminate unwanted overtones. The HD Dry drumheads have a semi-defined attack, with a short sustain and a slightly lower brightness compared to the standard HD drumheads.

Evans now manufactures all its drumheads with the Level 360º system, which, with the design of the drumhead hoop, allows for perfect accommodation of the drumhead surface onto the shell. Additionally, the vertical design of this hoop ensures perfect contact with the bearing edge on the shell, resulting in easier tuning, longer tone, more dynamics, and consequently, better sound.
The hoop of the Evans Level 360 drumhead has solved the age-old problem of drumheads that do not easily fit onto the shell and forced you to stretch them, which made the drumhead not perform as it should.
