Based on a 5A but a little longer and with the modified acorn. Designed by Neil Peart of Rush. All Promark batches are designed, produced and manufactured in their factory in Texas (United States) which provides the strictest quality controls on the market.
The 5A drumsticks are the most widely used by drummers across virtually all styles. They have a standard length of 16” (40 cm) and a diameter of 0.565”. Whatever your style, a 5A can be your stick.
The wood: Japanese Oak
These drumsticks are made from Japanese oak, a dense, hard wood that gives a powerful feel in your hands while offering perfect articulation on the ride. This wood lasts longer than any other and is also heavier than hickory.
