Description

A recreation of the legendary Constantinople. Made in small quantities and fruit the collaboration between the Sound Lab of Zildjian and Elvin Jones himself. The maximum meticulousness the development of each cymbal and its totally distinctive character makes them really into Zildjian masterpieces. Dark sounds and evocatives. The Preferred Of Many Of the jazz stars in the world.

One hammered complex contributes to the unique sound identity of each cymbal and the dark tones that can be the time cutters and soft. Made in small batches using a 14-step process, each K Constantinople has its own distinctive voice.

The alloy

Known as Zildjian Secret Alloy, this B20 alloy is composed of 80% copper and a  20% tin and traces of silver. This B20 alloy can be difficult to work, as it requires a great reworking and recollected due to its natural state that is very fragile, but Zildjian the has used for more than 400 years
