Evans now manufactures all their drumheads with the Level 360º system, which, thanks to the drumhead hoop design, perfectly fits the drum shell’s bearing edge. Additionally, the vertical design of this hoop ensures perfect contact with the shell’s bearing edge, resulting in easier tuning, longer sustain, more dynamic response, and ultimately better sound.

The Evans Level 360 drumhead hoop has solved the longstanding issue of drumheads that don’t easily seat on the shell and require forcing, which previously compromised the drumhead’s performance.
