This series is constructed with a single layer of 1 mil of an inch. This thicker film along with the layer of white paint produces darker and mid tones, in addition to providing greater attack and volume. The Ambassador X is 20% thicker than the standard Ambassador Coated, which you will notice in its increased control of harmonics.
