Contemporanea C-PESP02 Super Nylon Head 8"
This head is coated with fiberglass that eliminates annoying overtones. The Super Nylon head is manufactured with a layer 32% thicker than standard nylon heads. The fiberglass layer is on the bottom and, besides eliminating overtones, enhances midrange tones.
This fiberglass layer also provides great durability to this head.
Due to its thickness, we recommend it only be used as a batter head and not as a resonant head.

Due to the manufacturing process of Contemporânea drumheads, in most cases, the hoop joint is not completely sealed.
Also, the drumhead may show slight wrinkles around the edge that disappear once the drumhead is mounted on the instrument and tensioned.
These characteristics do not affect the sound or durability of the drumhead and therefore cannot be considered a defect.
