Born as a nod to the classic kits of yesterday, the Catalina Club is a perfect drum kit for its sound and quality of materials.
This set is constructed with 7 layers of Philippine Mahogany and incorporates maple hoops for the bass drum, Remo heads, and all the details and care that Gretsch puts into the construction of its drums.

The hardware of the Catalina Club is redesigned and features a new style that pays homage to the tradition of the company while giving this series an exclusive personality.
The Shells
These Philippine mahogany shells continue to be built with the same natural interior and 30-degree bearing edge that made them famous. The bass drums have telescoping legs and matching wood hoops. The toms and snare drum feature 1.6 mm hoops, and all drums come standard with Remo® heads.
