The American Classic series has a traditional design and the most current sound achieved with the latest technical advances. Baquetas manufactured in Hickory (American Walnut) selected and unflexible, this wood is known for its durability.
The acorns are finished perfectly to produce a perfect sound in the cymbals. Models with nylon acorns are similar in size and shape to their wood counterparts, providing better performance and brighter sound in the cymbals that the original wooden end models.

The wood
The American Walnut Jackets (hickory) as the rest of the drums of this brand, are manufactured with top quality material and with the latest technological advances in the manufacture of drums. It is undoubtedly the most used wood in the manufacture of drums and the preferred by the vast majority of drummers for its durability, weight and flexibility. The Hickory is more dense than the maple (about 10%) and less than the Japanese oak (about 10% too). The density and natural sensation of this wood makes it the preferred by a vast majority of drummers.
