The alloy

Made from B20 pure bronze alloy, composed of 80% copper and 20% tin with traces of silver. This B20 alloy can be challenging to work with, requiring extensive reworking and annealing due to its naturally fragile state, but Sabian has known and used it in their family for over 400 years.
This versatility allows the AAX cymbals to fit all kinds of music, from jazz to rock.
