Contemporanea C-PEN07 Head Napa/Korino 22" Black

The Korino head from Contemporânea features two layers of synthetic materials: one layer of artificial napa leather and another of nylon. This construction achieves a warm and deep sound, highly recommended for almost all types of instruments but especially for those played with the hand, such as rebolo or tantan.
Important note: Napa or korino heads are sensitive to overly hard mallets. Using mallets with insufficient or worn padding can cause damage to the head and potentially affect the sound quality. For this reason, we recommend using only soft mallets with good padding for this type of head to ensure durability and the best possible sound.
