Contemporanea C-PEN06 Head Napa/Korino 20" Black

The Korino drumhead from Contemporânea features two layers of synthetic materials: on one side, a layer of artificial napa leather and on the other, nylon. This manufacturing method achieves a warm and deep sound, highly recommended for almost all types of instruments but especially for those played with the hand, such as rebolo or tantan.
Important note: Napa or Korino drumheads are sensitive to overly hard mallets. Using mallets with insufficient or worn padding can cause damage to the drumhead and may affect sound quality. For this reason, we recommend using only soft mallets with good padding for this type of drumhead to ensure durability and achieve the best possible sound.
