Contemporanea C-PEN01 Head Napa/Korino 10" Red

The Korino drumhead from Contemporânea features two layers of synthetic materials: one layer of artificial napa leather and another of nylon. This manufacturing process achieves a warm and deep sound, highly recommended for almost all types of instruments but especially for those played with the hand, such as rebolo or tantan.
Important note: Napa or korino drumheads are sensitive to overly hard mallets. Using mallets with insufficient or worn padding can cause damage to the drumhead and potentially affect sound quality. For this reason, we recommend that for this type of drumhead, you use only soft mallets with good padding to ensure the drumhead’s durability and to obtain the best possible sound.
