Payment methods

We offer the following payment methods so you can choose the one that best suits your needs:

Cash on Delivery

At Tam Tam Percussion, you can pay for your order in cash upon delivery.

If your order total exceeds €100, a 1% fee will be charged on the total amount. For orders of €100 or less, the additional charge will only be €1.

Important: Upon receiving your order, you must pay the exact amount in cash to the delivery person, who is not required to provide change.

This payment method is only available for deliveries within the national territory and Portugal, excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Gibraltar, and Andorra.

Credit Card

We accept both credit and debit cards: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and Maestro.

For your security, payments are processed through a secure server (SSL 128 bits) and via the bank's Virtual POS. Tam Tam Percussion does not have access to your card details at any time.

Bizum

You can now pay with Bizum in our online store. Just select “Pay with Bizum”, enter your phone number, and validate the transaction. Quick, easy, and secure!

PayPal

If you choose PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal page to complete your payment. A 3% fee applies.

Bank Transfer

Once your order is confirmed, you can make a bank transfer or pay directly at the counter to the following account:

Transfers take 2–3 business days to process. Once the amount is confirmed, we will ship your order.

In-Store Payment

You can also pick up your order directly from our store and pay at the time of collection.

Aplazame

Finance your purchase instantly with Aplazame. Usually, you only need your ID, email, and phone number to request financing.

Before confirming your payment, you will see all terms including TAE, monthly installments, and the total amount due. The financed amount, initial down payment, and installments will be adjusted according to your cart and chosen payment plan.

Representative example: Purchase of €200 over 12 months, down payment €17.12, 12 monthly installments of €17.08, TIN 21.58%, TAE 23.85%, total amount due €204.96. Subject to Aplazame (WiZink Bank, S.A.U.) approval.

Payment Methods for the EU

All payments must be made in advance by bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal in euros. Cash on delivery is not available outside the Iberian Peninsula, and we do not transact in any currency other than euros.

Following the new EU VAT regulations from July 1, 2021, orders by individuals will be invoiced applying the VAT of their country, not Spanish VAT.

Payment Methods for the Rest of the World

All payments must be made in advance by bank transfer, credit card, or PayPal in euros. No transactions are accepted in other currencies.

Customers from third countries (non-EU) collecting their orders in person will receive their invoice with 21% VAT included. To deduct VAT, present the DIVA document at customs. Any expenses for VAT refunds are the responsibility of the customer.
