A day at the shop
Andrés has been with us since 2006 and runs the administration department, one of those parts of the company that may not always be visible from the outside, but that are essential for everything to work properly. His work focuses on keeping processes in order, reviewing documentation, managing internal tasks and helping every order, invoice or procedure run its course without unnecessary complications.
Day to day, Andrés moves between data, documents, reviews and coordination with the rest of the team. His role is important so that the customer experience is also clear after the purchase, when any administrative detail needs to be resolved or specific information needs to be checked.
