GENERAL PROVISIONS OF THE AGREEMENT: in compliance with the duty of information required by Article 10 of the Spanish Act 34/2002, of 11 July, on E-commerce and Information Society Services (“de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y del Comercio Electrónico”), we hereby present the following information:

Tam Tam Percusión reserves the right to modify any information concerning its commercial offer (products, prices, special offers and other conditions of use) contained within the website www.tamtampercusion.com at any time. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy and quality of information on these pages. In the event of possible typographic errors, action will be taken straight away to correct them.
Some of the details contained in the description of our products on www.tamtampercusion.com may be provisional. In the event of any possible discrepancies that may arise between the actual features of the item and its online description, we acknowledge that the customer reserves the right to return the goods with no cost involved.
All our prices are to be paid for in full. They include VAT but are subject to additional delivery charges. All purchases made within the territories of European Union member states will be subject to VAT, with the exception of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Purchases made within the territories of any non‑member state will be exempt from VAT. Please note that these deliveries may attract a surcharge.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check all items received against their order. Should there be any faults, the time limit for complaints expires 24 hours after delivery. The customer should obtain written confirmation from the courier regarding any possible shipping or packaging damage and report it upon delivery.
Information about delivery times will only be legally binding subject to written agreement.
Customers have the legal right to cancel their order within 14 working days following the receipt of the goods. This cancellation shall be made either by writing (post, fax or email) or by return of products. This return shall always be preceded by a cancellation form that can be accessed via the following link:

In the event of an effective revocation, both parties shall return the relevant goods or funds. Items can be returned by the customer free of charge. Our 30 day return policy period will begin with the sending of the written statement in the case of the customer, and with the reception of the latter in the case of Tam Tam Percusion, S.L.
We regret that the right of revocation does not apply to contracts pertaining to the delivery of goods that have been produced to customer specification or that by their nature are unsuitable for return, such as perishable or expired goods. Please note that we cannot accept cancellation of contracts for the purchase of software products or audio and video recording items unless the original packaging remains intact.
If the contract is cancelled, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the relevant products to us. For certain, larger products, we may offer to arrange collection through a courier agency.
We accept cancellation of contracts for the purchase of software products or products that include software as part of the package, video or audio content in the form of CDs or DVDs, provided that the relevant items are returned in their original packaging.
We regret that we cannot accept cancellation of contracts for the purchase of custom-made products, goods sold by the metre, consumable items such as drumsticks, pads or wires, and other items such as whistles that due to hygiene reasons cannot be returned for a refund.
All products sold by Tam Tam Percusión are supplied with a full 2-year warranty, in accordance with the applicable Spanish law.
Those items and products that have suffered any damage, breakage or malfunction due to improper or overuse shall be excluded from this warranty. The damage must not have occurred due to a fault in any other product or accessories used in conjunction with it. This warranty does not cover damage to any part of the instrument resulting from alterations made by the buyer.
If the customer accepts the order after checking on receipt for faults, any subsequent fault found will not be covered by the warranty.
The time limit for complaints expires 24 hours after delivery. Once this 24-hour period expires, the warranty will not cover shipping damages.
Please note that the following items are excluded from our warranty service:
- Second-hand products.
- Computer parts and accessories, unless otherwise specified in the description of the product in question.
- All items subject to a wear and tear due to improper or overuse (faults caused by neglect, unusual environmental conditions, overload or poor maintenance).
- Items damaged due to a fault in any other product or aftermarket accessories used in conjunction with it.
- Those products that have been modified or altered by the customer.
- Items whose reported faults do not affect their quality and performance.
Under our warranty, faulty items may be either repaired free of charge or exchanged. Any parts or products replaced by us during a warranty repair or replacement become property of Tam Tam Percusión S.L.
In order for the warranty to be valid, the faulty item should be returned to us with a copy of the invoice or receipt within the warranty period. The provision of this service will not extend the initial warranty period.
All purchases shall be paid for immediately and without any discount, unless otherwise agreed in writing by all parties. When choosing our COD payment method, the customer will be expected to pay the transaction amount in cash to the courier. Should the payment be made in advance or by credit card, the delivery will be free of charge. When paying by credit card, the financial transaction will take place upon issuance of the invoice and shipping of the goods.
Payment in other currencies will be accepted upon receipt of funds from the issuing bank. Bank charges will be at the expense of the customer.
All purchases made at the Tam Tam online store are subject to the applicable law. Any dispute will be resolved by reference to the laws of the area where the order was placed.
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provisions of this Agreement shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect.
